Making the mold

We work with the customer to fully understand their requirements, the end use of the product, market standards and its regulation.

 

This phase takes place first through sophisticated 3D softwares and CAD / CAM driven machinery and then through the actual realization of the necessary molds: from prototyping to the production stage.

​

We carry out the first tests on the molds and we take care of the maintenance and fine tuning.

​

Helmets, cosmetics, plastic components and plastic products represent our core business.
