From the idea to the project: feasibility study and FEM analysis

The feasibility study is of outmost importance at Tecnoplast, in the molding of plastic materials. It is set to verify the feasibility of the project and to determine the technical standards / specifications of the product.

​

In this phase, great attention to detail is required, maximum listening to the needs and objectives of the customer since the earliest design stages. Thanks to our network of selected suppliers we can:

• Provide FEA (Fine Element Analysis) of filling and deformation of the plastic product, which optimizes the  setting up of the mold, thus shortening the time to market of the same.

• Design the mold using the latest generation 3D CAD software, managing any type of file and format.

​
