Production

Realization and injection molding. The phases of injection molding of plastic materials are essentially 5:

1- introduction of plastic in the form of granule pellets into the injection molding machine

2- complete fusion of the polymers

3- injection of the liquid plastic into the mold

4- cooling of the mold to solidify the plastic

5- ejection of the finished and printed piece by means of extractors
